Accounts for the cash and goods which are to go towards the payment of Mr Hubbert's arrears; mentions that Mr Streke has said that only two fish ponds are to be repaired and to have the mud dredged; writes that William Ratford's apprentice has smallpox and has been isolated in the little house at Kingston Wood; encloses something to be passed on to General Sutton [not present]; adds that Samuel Jackson has a friend in the Fens who will take the dun mare which is no longer fit to work.
