Notes an error in the accounts dating from the time between Mr Hubbert's account and his [Cossen's] appointment; wonders whether if Mr Hubbert was not a domestic servant he was entitled to a legacy; adds that the house and gardens have been visited by Lady Tipping's co-heir Mrs Archer and her husband.
