Refers to Mr Finch and a sum of money to clear the garden account; wishes Mr Vaughan to draw a bill in relation to the money owed to John Knipes the saddler; encloses 'a Copy of the Determinacon of the diffrence between Sr John Cotton and Samuel Shepherd'; writes that work is going on at the reservoir and the low fish pond; refers to carp to go in the reservoir which are to be procured from Mr Pemberton; has sent some mutton, pigeons and butter.
