Content DescriptionReports the death of Widow Hodgin of Wimpole, whose cottage is now to be let; suggests that it be let to William Pluckrose who is very keen but adds that a couple from Arrington have also applied; asks for instructions as to bringing in another tenant at the Dog and Kennell; requests instructions as to Frank's future employment once he returns from taking the hounds to Aywood [Eywood] in Herefordshire; has spoken to Hannah Bowran about the £20 she is to be paid by the earl; adds that John [Bouron] and his wife want new floorboards in one chamber at the Tiger Inn and another floor to be mended.
