Reports that at a meeting with Lord Scarsdale and Lord Bathurst it was agreed to send queries relating to Lord Harley's objections to each of their agents and to Mr Farr; expects that the Bill will be postponed until the matter is settled; urges that Mr Farr be entreated to return comprehensive answers to the queries.
