Content DescriptionReports that he is to serve an ejectment on the executors of the late Mr Neale to remove them from the farm at Clipston which Mr Neale had deliberately run down and damaged in the last year of his life; adds that they also owe £150 in arrears for rent of the mill; has taken advice from Mr Wainwright and has left the case with Mr Bannister; mentions the death of Sir Thomas Hewett, reminding the earl that he was a tenant for life at Clipston and asking for instructions as to a covenant in the lease for a payment to his executors after his death.
