Content Description	Passes on a request for orders about horse-breeding from John Bouron; heard rumours at Royston market that Mr Kimpton is to remain at the farm and that Mr Smith 'has taken a Malting of Mr Pedley att Potton'; refers to his account following the purchase of young trees by Mr Cole; mentions that the pipes moving water 'from the Canal Grove to the Fish ponds in the Park' are leaking and that water is draining out in an unsightly manner; thinks that the horses should be moved to Welbeck because of the lack of hay at Wimpole; encloses a letter from Mr Hayford [not present] Letter dated 11 Mar. 1724/5.
