'Charges at the Coron'rs Inquest of the death of Richard Nickels kil'd by a Fall from off a Waggon loaded wth Oak Timber and the Engine wherewith they Loaded wch lay the uppermost and loosly ty'd on, occasiond the Fall and were Forfeit as a Deodand to the King. This accident happend about 11 a Clock in the Forenoon on the 25th Curr't half a mile on the Wimpole side of Annesberry'.
