Content DescriptionReports that he has had a meeting with Thomas Sparrow about him taking over the tenancy of the Tigar Inn; describes the man and his previous career; writes that he would enter on Lady Day and take over all the goods and arrears there if Lord Harley approved; adds that he had offered the place to John Bowran, but that he preferred to remain a servant of Lord Harley.
