Content DescriptionReports that Dickenson proposes to look for brick earth for the bridge-building in 'Whaddon Fields and Wimple Grounds'; however, understands that the last brick made from these places was very poor; points out that as the brick has to be both above and below water at different times it will have to be good quality; writes that his chimney caught fire slightly, and blames it on poor sweeping.
