Content Description
Has received Lord Harley's letter ordering that all the cordwood be reserved; states that this point is alien from terms agreed with Mr Heyford and means that another purchaser of all the woods must be found on the new terms; explains that it had been supposed that only the existing cordwood would be reserved and given to Mr Knight; adds that Mr Heyford and his associates gave a good price expecting this wood to be included; supposes that Lord Harley will be advised to pay the costs of the mistake, and surmises that the woods will be sold at a lesser price.
