Content DescriptionDescribes a meeting with the two Mr Hayfords, Mr Simpson and others over the terms for a sale of coppice woods in Derbyshire; writes that Mr Morley advised him to proceed with the sale, which he has done; requests that articles be drawn up and adds that Mr Hayford recommends Mr Wright, the steward of the Bolsover Court; suggests that the acre should be measured at 160 perches; discusses other points in 'the enclosed' [not present]; asks to be sent the articles for the previous sale of the woods for comparison.
