Content Description	Wishes Cossens to tell Lady Harley that Francis Stanly has been told that he must pay the rent for the house on Norton Moor Side to John Twibell; adds that Mr Mounk says that it was on Mr Weanman's orders; refers to the amount of money spent by 'our father Moore' on the house, and states that the Duchess of Newcastle told them they could enjoy the house; is sure that when Lady Harley knows the facts they will be allowed the 'Returen of Charge by the hand of John Twibell'. Writer unidentified because of damage to the letter. Letter dated 16 Jan. 1719.
