Content DescriptionThanks him for his letter; writes that he has told Mr Pridmore the details and expects him to write to Lord Harley soon; explains how it is regrettable that the '1st Floor...must be lin'd with Elm Wood' rather than oak, pointing out that enough oak could not be found within 10 miles of Wimp[o]le; warns that the goats are damaging the hop ground, and has asked Mr Morley and Mr Pridmore to keep them tied up until Lord Harley sends instructions.
