States that two years' accounts to Lady Day 1716 need to be drawn up within the next two weeks; details the inaccuracies in previous accounts drawn up by Mr Hubbard, and the loss of various vouchers; advises Mr Hubbard to make up the account on the assumption that he owes money to his Lord rather than there being a balance due to him; orders him to pay only those bills signed for by the Lord and Lady and for which vouchers can be produced; urges Mr Hubbard in the strongest terms to improve the management of the estate.
