Reports that an injunction in Chancery has stopped the trial at the Nottingham assizes, and has removed the worst threat from 'her Grace' [Margaret Duchess of Newcastle]; writes that Mr Lee's son will not go to Essex after all; adds that an attempt by the Duchess to prevent Lord and Lady Harley from distraining tenants who did not pay their rent has been thrown out of court.
