Content Description	Informs earl that his cash accounts of 1728-29 and 1727-28 are made up separately as the earl wanted; also has Mr Gace's accounts for the 2 years, and Mr Chappell's for 1, although expects the other very soon; waits for the earl's commands concerning this matter; explains the circumstances surrounding the letting of Brickiln Close to Humphrey Beeston and Cawsley Close to William Robotham; refers to Mr Porter's possession of land at Clipstone; mentions that Benjamin Wilcocks of Norton wanted him [Wenman] to mention him to the earl for some money. Letter dated January 3rd 1729/30.
