Is sorry to have to trouble Wenman, but requires some fencewood and was refused it by Mr Hobart, who would not hand it over without the Earl of Oxford's instructions; was told that no one in Welbeck was to have wood without the earl's consent; asks that Wenman speak to the earl with all possible speed.
