Content Description	Announces the appointment of William Wenman as the 'auditor and inspector of the accounts and management' of his estates; requires that they all occasionally give in their accounts to Wenman, and allow him to examine and audit them, record them, and present them to Harley for verification; require that they pay Wenman whatever they have of Harley's money or anything which is due to him. Letter dated 1713 but endorsed '[illegible] 1713/14'.
