Content Description	Has received the earl's commands; has enclosed a copy of his letter to him, referring to Mr Wynne; has never received an answer to this letter from the earl, although has had several messages from Mr Walter and Mr Smith. Remainder of letter is damaged, with text loss, leaving meaning obscure; apparently refers to a dispute with the Dean of Wells, who received a modus from the hamlet of Kirkby Hardwick. Letter dated 29 Jan. 1726.
