Content DescriptionHas received Harley's commands; explains that he will be tied up there for some time; explains that he has some business to do pertaining to his 'Br.' Farr's South Sea stock, the Duchess of Montague's estate in Staffordshire, and his 'poor mother'; will come if Harley commands it, but asks that he come town very soon.

Remainder of letter is damaged, with text loss, leaving meaning obscure; apparently refers to the provision of hay for Clipstone Park, and his [Wenman's] communication with Mr Walter; refers to various chief rents and who should be liable to pay them.
