Content DescriptionGives transcription of the case which will allow Harley to judge the foundation for Mr Digby's claim; this case describes the background to the claim pertaining to properties including Mansfield Woodhouse; states the progress of the tiling at Welbeck; has had an estimate as to what the damage to the tiling was and what work now needs to be done; mentions the possibility of getting another estimate made; mentions Mr Banks' and Mr Soresby's accounts; has ordered Mr Palmer to take Mr Walter a buck.

Postscript of letter is damaged, with text loss, leaving meaning obscure.
