Content DescriptionExplains that a Mr Allen, with whom he shared land at Cottam [Cotham], has recently died without heir, leaving his part to a Mr Wilkinson; Wilkinson was told by Mr Gace that he [Maltby] had the tenant right; explains how unhappy he [Maltby] would be to enter into any partnership and therefore write that Mr Gace has asked Wilkinson to leave; explains that Wilkinson refuses to do so without Harley's order, which he [Maltby] now solicits; explains that he intends to buy Mr Wilkinson's stock.
