Content Description	Discusses estate matters and rents in general; writes for example that he has agreed with Mr Green and his son to continue for 5 years longer at the same rent and on Mr Clay's advice will sign a memo to this effect; has heard that the duchess has put off her journey to London; explains that Joseph Clark of Kirkby would like to secure the farm and Richard Spokeman desires to succeed in it; he hopes that the rent will not exceed £25; adds that Mr Neale also wishes him to write on his behalf. Letter dated 15 Feb. 1715.
