Content DescriptionReports that he has had 'frequent consultations' with Mr Auditor [Edward] Harley, and following his advice, has laid the Duchess's Bill before Mr Walter, who thinks they should demur to that part of the bill relating to articles and bonds; has paid Mr Lee the £20; mentions that he is planning some measures to try to get some more money out of Nottingham for Harley.
