Assignment by (2) (pursuant to orders of the Court of Chancery) to (4) of property in Nottinghamshire: the manor of Aslacton and messuages, lands, a windmill and a fishery on the River Smite there; a farm at Grandby; a messuage in Nottingham adjoining the Blackmoors Head, two messuages in Bridlesmithgate, a messuage in Stoney Street, a messuage and wood yard in Marygate, 9a. of land in Clayfield, 9a. of land in The Meadows, 17a. of land in Sandfield near Chappell Barr, and two messuages in Bellergate, all in the town and county of the town of Nottingham; messuages and lands at Orston and Screveton; the rectory of Willoughby on the Wolds; messuages and lands at Bleazby, Gourton, Gibsmere and Notown; and parcels of land at Carcolston and Thoroton (tenants and rentals given). And fee farm rents issuing from the manors of Broxtowe and Mapperly.

For the residue of terms of 500 years created by the will of the 1st Duke of Kingston and the subsequent act of Parliament (recited), by way of mortgage to secure the payment by (1) to (4) of £4130 and interest.

Recites the will of the 1st Duke of Kingston and subsequent act of Parliament, Chancery litigation (Kingston v Earl Gower et al. - see Pl F7/1/1/7 herein recited), death of Lady Caroline's sister of the whole blood under age and unmarried, thereby increasing Lady Caroline's portion, etc.

Consideration: £4130 by (4) to (1) with the consent of (3) to discharge the money directed to be raised on the trust estates in Nottinghamshire (being an apportionment amongst the trust estates in various counties of the £15000 portion of Lady Caroline, plus costs and various sums mentioned in the report of Master Holford - Pl F7/1/1/7).
