Assignment by (1) to (4) of the manor of Sibthorpe and all premises comprised in the original mortgage of 1723 (Pl F3/3/11), for the residue of the term of 1000 years, to secure the repayment by (2) and (3) of £16000 and interest (as specified) by way of mortgage.

Recites the mortgage to the Duchess of Montagu's representatives (Pl F3/3/11) and its subsequent assignment to Robert Lamb (Pl F3/3/41), etc.

Consideration: £10000 by (4) to Perkins and £6000 to Lamb.

Endorsed, 20 Dec. 1753:

Deed poll assignment of the mortgage by (4) to Sir Edward Hulse of the parish of St James, City of Westminster, Middlesex, Baronet.

Consideration: £16000 by Hulse to (4).
