Assignment by (3), at the direction of (1) and (2), to Child of the lands and estates of (1) at Alverton, Harby and Solkholm, Nottinghamshire of an annual rental of £534 11s 8d (tenants given), for the residue of a term of 1000 years created by the 1726 trust deed as recited; and mortgage by demise by (1) and (2) to Backwell (in trust for Child) of the abovementioned property and also the manor of Mansfield of a rental of £346 3s 4d (tenants given) and Mansfield chief rents (£38 13s 9½d) as specified for the residue of the said term, to secure £10000 and interest.

Endorsed receipts for £2500, £2500, £2000 and £3000, plus interest, in discharge of the mortgage, 29 Nov. 1749, 30 May 1750, 3 July 1751 and 14 Sept. 1752.

Recites the act of Parliament of 1719 (Pl F3/2/17), the 1726 trust deed (Pl F3/3/16), the 1727 settlement (Pl F3/3/19), the 1737 trust deed (Pl F3/3/42), the 1738 mortgage (Pl F3/3/43-45), the 1740 trust deed (Pl F3/3/51), various endorsements and the deaths of miscellaneous trustees and mortgagees.

Consideration: £10000 by (4) to (1) to be used to discharge part of the sum owing on the 1738 mortgages to Jane, Duchess Dowager of Argyll and Greenwich.
