Recites Pl F3/3/5 of 1719, a subsequent deed of 4 Mar. 1719/20 (wanting) and the 1737 trust deed (Pl F3/3/42).

Consideration: £5000 by (5) to (4).

Endorsed note that the sum will not be paid off within three years.
