Defendants: Sir Thomas Robinson, Baronet and Elizabeth, his wife; James Robinson, an infant (by his guardian), since deceased; Dame Elizabeth Hare, widow; Sir Ralph Hare, Baronet; Sir Compert Fitch, Baronet, since deceased; and William Harvey, Esq.

Copy consent of the defendants to the payment of the trust monies secured on the mortgage (Pl F3/3/6) being paid into the Bank of England, 3 Sept. 1730.

Decree (12 Feb. 1730/31) regarding the entitlement of Robinson to receive the £2400 due on the mortgage from the Earl and Countess of Oxford and Mortimer and the execution of the reconveyance. In Chancery (Master of the Rolls).

Certificate of having delivered up mortgage deed pursuant to the above decree, 1 Apr. 1731
