Third Party: Edward, Earl of Oxford and Mortimer; and Lady Henrietta Cavendish Holles, Countess of Oxford and Mortimer.

Fourth Party: Peter Walter of St Margarett's Westminster, Middlesex, Esq.; and John Morley of Halstead, Essex, Esq. (surviving trustees).

Fifth Party: William Thomas and Samuel Hopkins, both of London, gentlemen.

Assignment by (1), at the direction of (3) and (4), and (2) to (5) (upon the repayment of the sum secured) of the term of 1000 years created in the estate of (3) at Brampton, Derbyshire by the mortgage by demise of May 1720 (Pl F3/3/6) in trust for (4) to hold upon the trusts of the 1719 act of Parliament, and otherwise upon trust to attend the freehold.

Recites the act of Parliament (Pl F3/2/17), proceedings in the cause of the Duke of Grafton v Robinson, in Chancery and the mortgage Pl F3/3/6.

Consideration: £2400 by (3) to (2).
