Appointment by (1) to Lord Trevor and Earl Paulet (trustees of a term of 600 years under the 1727 settlement) to raise and pay £20900 to Rowland Hill and £12540 to each of Samuel Hill and Thomas Hill as an additional security for the repayment of the mortgage of even date.

Recites the act of Parliament (Pl F3/2/17), the 1726 trust deed (Pl F3/3/16), the 1727 settlement (Pl F3/3/19) and a release of even date (Pl F3/3/24).
