Assignment by (2) to (3) of the term of 1000 years vested in them by the trust deed Pl F3/3/16 as to all the Derbyshire estates of (1) (annual rental £2845) and those in the parish of Norton Cuckney, Nottinghamshire (annual rental £365), to act as a mortgage by demise to secure £44000 advanced by (3).

Consideration: £44000 by (3) to be applied in paying off the debts of the late Duke and Duchess of Newcastle: £6368 15/- to the Duchess of Marlborough as executrix of her late husband; £20000 to the Hon. Edward Harley and the Hon. John Comyns, Esq., a baron of the Court of Exchequer in respect of the bond Pl F3/3/2 from the then Lord Harley to Henry Hoare; £7114 2s 6d to the Rev. William Mompesson and others per Pl F3/3/22; £2400 to Sir Thomas Robinson and others per Pl F3/3/6; and the balance of £8117 2s 6d to the Earl of Oxford and Mortimer towards the £20000 due to him as his wife's marriage portion.
