The rent payable under this deed and the term of 500 years granted to (1) both cease at her death. [Thus (1) has, for the consideration of £1000 in the mortgage deed, bought an annuity of £100 secured as a rentcharge upon the premises in Barlow by a somewhat cumbersome artifice.]
