Ejectment. Case is a consequence of the rival claims to the Nottinghamshire estates arising from the disputed will of John Holles, Duke of Newcastle, the terms of the will of Henry Cavendish, Duke of Newcastle and the missing trust deed of 1693.

Dated from internal evidence to post 2 Jan. 1714/15 and ante the death of the Duchess of Newcastle. Presumed to be contemporary with the principal litigation - see Pl F3/2/13-15 above.
