Recites previous grant of an annuity for £600 of 23 February 1735/36 charged upon the above premises plus the manor of Barnsley cum Dodworth, Yorkshire.

Consideration: £2800 by (2) to (1).

Endorsed note of surrender of the annuity by (2), 20 Sept. 1742.
