Demise from (1) to (2) for a term of 99 years of messuages and lands in Kirton, West Markham [Markham Clinton], Walesby and Elkesley, Nottinghamshire and St Clement Danes, London; property to be held in trust by (2) for Lady Haughton [later Countess of Clare]; includes covenant by (2) to surrender the property after the decease of Lady Haughton.

Rent: 1 peppercorn.

Consideration: 5 shillings.

Recitals: (a) lease and release of 11 Jul. 12 Jul. 1655 [Ne D 43-44]; (b) fact that a common recovery was required for some of the property settled in (a) but that (1) has thus far refrained from executing it.
