Rent: 1 peppercorn.

Consideration: 5 shillings.

Recitals: (a) lease and release of 11 Jul. 12 Jul. 1655 [Ne D 43-44]; (b) fact that a common recovery was required for some of the property settled in (a) but that (1) has thus far refrained from executing it.
