Content DescriptionAgreement between Richard de Willuby on the one part and John clerk of Sutton, John Maryi, Thomas Leake, John le Bole, Geoffrey de Apperleie and Richard Catwer on the other whereby the second parties will service all Richard's demesne land in Sutton Bonnington and Doddington by way of harrowing and hoeing as much for winter as for spring sowing, except the fallow land for the following year, until the carting away of all the corn, which demesne they hold from the demise of the late Robert de Shefeld except the said Richard's meadows in the same towns and 30 acres of land lying fallow for the following year.

Terms: The service will be provided for taking half the said corn.
