Content Description | William Ascewe of Stalugbrygh, Lincolnshire, knight, and Thomas Ascewe of the same, esquire, are bound to John Willoughby of Wollaton, knight, in £100, to be paid to the said John or his attorney or executor at the feast of Michaelmas next; bond will be void if William and Thomas perform covenants in a bargain and sale of woods and underwoods within the lordship of Nuthall, called 'the Asserte', from them to John, bearing even date with these presents.
