Content Description | Draft concerning William Boteler of Norton and his wife Isabel and Thomas Woldyene, Thomas Aleyn and Robert Boteler of Blythe and the holding of one messuage, two and a half virgates of land and eight acres of meadow and 1 obolus rent with appurtenances in Norton; (and Robert gives to the king for his agreement); and the agreement is that William and Isabel recognize the said tenements with appurtenances to be the right of the said Robert who, along with Thomas and Thomas holds same from the gift of William and Isabel, who along with Isabel's heirs release same to them in perpetuity.
Terms: For this recognition Thomas, Thomas and Robert concede to William and Isabel the said tenements with appurtenances and the rent to be held by William and Isabel for their lives rendering annually one rose at Nativity of St. John Baptist and making due capital demesne service; after their deaths the said tenements with appurtenances will revert entirely to Thomas, Thomas and Robert and the heirs of the said Robert to be held in perpetuity.
