Content Description[Geoffrey] of West Leake enfeoffs dominus Richard de Wilughby with one messuage with adjacent garden and one virgate of land with meadows, pastures and pasturage with all appurtenances in West Leake which John, son of Richard held of him in villeinage along with the body of the said John and all his household; also similar messuage, garden and land which Richard son of Robert held in villeinage in West Leake along with his body and all his household.

Terms: To be held by Richard, his heirs and assigns as capital demesne fee in perpetuity.
