|Content Description||Draft of final concord stating that David Preston and Hugo Preston of Broxtowe and Isabel, Hugo's wife hold of Sir Richard Illingworth 3 messuages, 11 tofts, 10 and 1/2 bovates of land, 200 acres of land, 40 acres of meadow, 100 acres of wood, 400 acres of pasture and 3 shillings rent with appurtenances in Kirkby Woodhouse and Annesley Woodhouse; (Richard gives the king 41 against [a fine] and...is a concord) namely that David, Hugo and Isabel recognise the said tenements with appurtenances to be the right of the said Richard.|
Terms: David, Hugo and Isabel and her heirs release all claims in perpetuity to the said Richard and his heirs and warrant.
