Terms: To be held by Robert marscallo of Robert and Alice, their heirs and assigns rendering annually to them one obolus at Christmas for all secular services, exactions and demands; Robert and Alice warrant Robert marscallo against all man in perpetuity and for the sale and concession and deed of confirmation he has paid them twenty silver shillings per hand in gersuma.
