Content Description | Sir John de Bracebrigge, dominus of Kingsbury leases to William atte Cres of Wheatley a parcel of land with its buildings, with adjacent croft with hedges and woods with all lands and tenements which once were Michael Frankelyn's in the vill and fields of Wheatley; also leased are various fields in Slately and Kingsbury [Warwickshire].
Terms: To be held by William for the term of his life freely, quietly, well and in peace of John and his heirs paying annually six silver shillings at four annual terms in the manor court of Kingsbury.
