Content Description | Sir Richard de Willughby, senior leases to Richard Hulle, his wife Joan and their son William 15 acres of arable land in the fields of West Thorpe [probably near Willoughby-on-the-Wolds and Thorpe-in-the-Glebe] with meadows and all appurtenances which Robert Colyn of Willoughby once held of the said Richard.
Terms: To be held by Richard Joan and William for the term of their lives rendering annually to Richard and his heirs 15/1d to be paid in two equal portions at Pentecost and at Martinmas and making suit of court to the said Richard and his heirs and foreign service to the chief lord of the fee.
