(Large portions of deed torn off so name of grantor and some witness names missing; the deed appears to be conditional on Stephen's marriage to Agnes).
Terms: To be held of the grantor and his heirs by Stephen and his heirs from the body of the said Agnes freely, quietly and in peace; also the fee service which pertains to the said fee holdings; the grantor warrants Stephen, Agnes and their lawful heirs against on men in perpetuity
