Content DescriptionStephen, son of Geoffrey of Brocolstowe is granted 13/8d annual rent from three men belonging to the grantor viz; 7/4d to be paid in two equal portions at Feast of St. Jacob and at Martinmas by Hugo de Bosco and 4/4d from another man and 2/- from Henry his brother. (Large portions of deed torn off so name of grantor and some witness names missing; the deed appears to be conditional on Stephen's marriage to Agnes).

Terms: To be held of the grantor and his heirs by Stephen and his heirs from the body of the said Agnes freely, quietly and in peace; also the fee service which pertains to the said fee holdings; the grantor warrants Stephen, Agnes and their lawful heirs against on men in perpetuity
