Content Description	Thanks him for his letter of 12 Sep. concerning preservation of Haggs Farm. Informs him about a meeting with Sir William Barber's solicitor. Confirms that Sir William does not intend to demolish the building, and they are presently in talks about preservation of the farm buildings. Describes problems caused to Sir William and his tenants at Haggs Farm caused by the recent publicity, and states that Sir William has already done much to preserve the countryside around the farm.
