DescriptionThe personal papers include a number of items relating to William Drury Nathaniel Drury-Lowe but later family members also feature as in the letters home from Captain John A E Drury-Lowe (1881-1949) on active service in Flanders and a diary of a cruise to Norway in 1900 kept by Dorothy Casberd-Boteler, prior to her marriage to J A E Drury-Lowe in 1905. There are also a number of financial and estate papers relating to coal mining and the Colliery at Denby in particular.
