Regarding questions arising between the representatives of the real and personal estates of the late Mr Musters, seeks advice of counsel in relation to heirlooms and deer in Annesley Park, the late Mr Musters' right to fell timber, dilapidations, apportionment of rent, the Annesley Plate and personal estate of Miss Chaworth, and the positions, rights and duties of the several trustees and executors.
