Feoffment and release [part of a lease and release] from (1) to (2) of his manors of Annesley, Wiverton alias Wirton, Tythby [Tithby], Edwalton and Cropwell in Nottinghamshire, and all his manors, messuages, lands, courts, tithes, rectories, advowsons etc. in the parishes and hamlets of Annesley, Wiverton, Tythby, Cropwell, Edwalton, Bridgeford on the Hill [East Bridgford], Southwell, Epperstone, Hoveringham, Burton Joyce, Hucknall Torkard and elsewhere in Nottingham.
The manors of Annesley and Wiverton to be held to the use of (1) and his assigns for his life; then to the use of Patritius Chaworth, natural son of (1), for his life, and then to the use of his heirs in tail male; with remainder to John, another natural son of (1) and his heirs in tail male; with remainder to (1)'s daughter Julian, wife of the Hon. Chambre Brabazon esquire, and the heirs of her body; with remainder to (1)'s daughter Elizabeth, commonly called Miss Putworth, and the heirs of her body; with ultimate remainder to (1)'s right heirs.
The other manors to be held to the use of (1) for his life; then to the use of Julian Brabazon and the heirs of her body; with remainder to Patritius Chaworth for his life, and then to the use of his heirs in tail male; with remainder to John Chaworth for his life, and then to the use of his heirs in tail male; with remainder to Elizabeth, Miss Putworth, and the heirs of her body; with ultimate remainder to (1)'s right heirs.
Covenant relating to a release and discharge by Julian Brabazon of estates in the parish of Annesley charged with the payment of £6,000 for her portion.
Proviso for Patricius and John Chaworth, should they come into possession of the estates in Annesley and Wiverton, to appoint parts of the estates to their wives for their jointure.
Proviso that a term of 40 years shall be limited to (2), in trust to raise £2,000 out of the manors of Annesley and Wiverton etc. for a portion for Elizabeth, Miss Putworth.
